Who we are

VoiceTailor is a service of NeverMiss AI, LLC, a Florida company. We build and operate custom AI phone agents for businesses. You can reach us about anything in this notice at support@nevermiss.com.

What we collect

When you talk with Taylor on our site, by voice or by chat, we collect what you choose to share: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content of the conversation. Voice conversations are recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your inquiry accurately.

If you become a client, your portal account stores your login email and the call records for your business line, including recordings, transcripts, and call summaries.

Like most websites, our servers keep basic technical logs. If we use analytics or advertising measurement, it records how the site is used and, for visits that arrive from an ad, the ad click that brought you here.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, scope and build your agent, monitor and improve agents we operate, provide the client portal, handle billing, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run VoiceTailor: cloud hosting, telephony and speech processing, AI model providers, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics. They process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Calls answered by our clients' agents

If you call a business that uses a VoiceTailor agent, that call may be recorded and transcribed for the business. That information belongs to the business you called. To ask about it or request deletion, contact that business, or write to us and we will pass your request along.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry information while we work with you on it. Client call data is kept while the account is active. You can request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@nevermiss.com; clients can request deletion of one call or all of them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously; it is the same infrastructure our own business runs on.

Children

VoiceTailor is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update it here with a new effective date.
